They are printed on either a transparent background or white background. I recommend buying transparent if you plan to use it on light surfaces like laptops or white water bottles. I recommend buying white background if using on dark-colored surfaces.
All stickers are water-resistant and will make a perfect addition to your laptop, notebook, water bottle, etc. But not recommended on fabrics i.e. clothes, hats, bookbags, etc., or prolonged exposure to outside elements.
